Return Conditions

- In original condition with all tags attached
- Free from marks, scents, or signs of wear
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Pre-Orders
All Pre-Order / Made To Order items must be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a refund to the original payment method.
How to Request a Return
Contact us at info@terra90.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order to request a return, and we will follow up to facilitate your request.
NOTE: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on your location and chosen courier. For international returns, any customs duties, import taxes or related charges are the responsibility of the sender. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please state your preferred replacement when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us at info@terra90.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos clearly showing the issue. We will cover return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement at your preference. These things are extremely rare, but we appreciate that it may happen sometimes.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
NOTE: Defects or damages only include issues that clearly impact the garment's aesthetic, or compromise the garment's construction. For example excess thread on the inside of a jersey would not be considered a defect.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting info@terra90.com. Once dispatched, please use the returns process instead.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with instructions to track your order.
If your package appears to be "stuck" in the same location for a few days, it could be due to a courier delay. Please allow a few more days for an update.
However, if your package has not arrived within 2 weeks after the tracking information shows that it was "delivered," please contact us immediately.
Please note that if an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, we will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages, as we have fulfilled our responsibility by shipping out your order to the address provided. In these situations, the package will be returned to our warehouse after 4-6 weeks, upon which we can reship it to you for a small fee.
