Shipping policy
At Terra90, we are dedicated to providing you with prompt and reliable delivery services.
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, but please allow 2–3 business days for processing.
Shipping Times:
Regular orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days.
"Pre-Order" items are made to order and will be shipped out according to the date shown.
Tracking information will be provided in a shipping confirmation email once the order has left our manufacturing facility.
Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email and you can expect to receive your order based on the timelines below. Please note the delivery times are estimated:
- United Kingdom: 4–8 days
- United States: 4–8 days
- Europe: 5–9 days
- Rest of the world: 4–11 days
Important Information:
We are not responsible for any customs clearance, or customs fees associated with your purchase.
We are not responsible if you input an incorrect or incomplete address. This results in the package being returned to sender – often this can take 4 – 6 weeks. If your order was legitimately unable to be delivered it will be returned to sender then we will contact you for a new shipping address. We will then reship your order for free.
If there is proof of delivery at the correct address, we are not liable for missing packages (as this is due to reasons out of our control, such as theft).
