Tracking information will be provided in a shipping confirmation email once the order has left our manufacturing facility.
Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email and you can expect to receive your order based on the timelines below. Please note the delivery times are estimated:
Free shipping on all orders over £55 / $75. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout.
All orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. All applicable import duties, taxes and customs charges are included in the price you pay at checkout. There is nothing further to pay on delivery.
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address. This results in the package being returned to sender – often this can take 4 – 6 weeks. If a parcel is returned as undeliverable through no fault of your own, then we will contact you for a new shipping address and arrange for re-shipment.
If tracking shows proof of delivery to the address provided, we are unable to accept liability for a missing package. If your parcel hasn't arrived and tracking hasn't updated, contact us at info@terra90.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
